The Challenge

Reproduction of original acrylic artwork on board. The illustrations were detailed and had a glossy finish, especially in the darker areas. We were commissioned to produce high res colour matched files supplied in RGB and CMYK format ready for pre press.

Using specialist techniques, we produced colour matched files ensuring all the detail of the original was captured. The images were photographed in a variety of set ups to achieve the best output.

Print ready files for The Folio Society

The final high res files were delivered to the publisher, The Folio Society, in a press ready colour managed format.

The files were used in the recent publication of Kim, by Rudyard Kipling, published by The Folio Society.
